UKCSSN collects the following data:

You directly provide UKCSSN with your Name, Email address, Website via this Contact page form.

How will we use your data?

  • Queries submitted via this website are reviewed and responded to by UKCSSN organisers

We will not share data about you  with any third parties under any circumstances. Only UKCSSN organisers have access to this data.

How do we store your data?

UKCSSN securely stores your data in the cloud using a combination of Google’s G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc).

As per Article 5 (e) of the GDPR, UKCSSN will keep your data for no longer than the time we need to process it.

Marketing

UKCSSN will never send you any marketing materials.

What are your data protection rights?

UKCSSN would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request UKCSSN for a copy of your personal data
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that UKCSSN correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request UKCSSN to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
