Supporting civil servants who stammer

To help celebrate International Stammering Awareness Day, Betony wrote a post on the Civil Service blog about the support available for stammerers and shared first-hand experiences from members of the Civil Service Stammering Network. Philip Rutnam, the Civil Service Disability Champion, added his support and reminded everyone that “it’s the quality of what you have to say, not how you say it, that matters”.
